1. The purpose and publisher of the website

These conditions concern the use of a business-information website, its categories and its local enquiry draft. The company identified on the About page and in the footer publishes the pages. Grupo Carueme is the name of the truck business described in the historical source; the site presents that reference in English. These conditions do not establish that the publisher has inherited a manufacturer appointment, dealership network or workshop certification belonging to the named source business. Identify the actual provider before agreeing to a transaction.

2. How the historical reference is used

The recovered material describes a São Paulo truck-business operation with roots in the region, truck sales and after-sales activity, and an expansion into Foton vehicles and maintenance. Photographs and category descriptions retain that context. A historical company statement is not evidence that every offer, location, business relationship or specification remains current. Ask for current details when a decision depends on them. Publication in English does not create a foreign branch or convert a historical dealership statement into a new appointment for a different legal entity.

3. Categories introduce the subject of an enquiry

The website groups enquiries into Foton trucks, parts and accessories, tyres and workshop services. These headings are a practical route through the information rather than a complete inventory or a technical specification for every item. A category photograph may introduce a type of vehicle or component without identifying a current unit for sale. Do not treat the presence of a photograph as confirmation of condition, included equipment, stock allocation or compatibility with an undisclosed vehicle. Describe the exact item you are considering.

4. Vehicle and component details need confirmation

A truck specification depends on the exact model and version, intended application, operating conditions and relevant manufacturer information. Parts, tyres and service requirements can differ by vehicle year and configuration. Provide a part reference or clearly identified vehicle where possible, then check the actual specification supplied for that case. General website descriptions cannot resolve an incomplete component reference, replace a physical inspection or establish that an observed symptom has one particular cause. Seek an appropriate assessment before relying on a maintenance conclusion.

5. Preparing the enquiry has a limited effect

The form creates a preview in your browser and offers an optional link to open an email application. It does not send a message automatically. You remain responsible for reviewing the address and contents and deciding whether to send the draft. Preparing or opening a draft is not acknowledgement by a recipient. It does not reserve a truck or part, arrange a fitting, create a repair order or establish a response time. Any acknowledgement and any later agreement need their own communication.

6. Orders, quotations and payments occur separately

There is no checkout, card collection, credit assessment or payment processing on these pages. A later offer should identify the responsible provider, exact vehicle or item, amount and currency, included work, applicable charges and practical fulfilment arrangements. Do not infer a finance offer or overseas delivery service from the website language. Retain the actual offer, agreed conditions and payment record. Never enter a banking password, authentication code or complete card details in the general enquiry message, even if describing a separately arranged payment.

7. Visits, workshop appointments and collection

The publisher address identifies the company publishing the website and is not confirmation that a Grupo Carueme dealership, workshop or collection point operates there. Before travelling, establish the actual destination, current hours and any necessary appointment with the responsible provider. A question about a visit does not book it. Workshop work, parts collection and vehicle delivery may have different practical arrangements. Use the acknowledged instructions relevant to the particular transaction and explain any change before assuming a website enquiry has altered the schedule.

8. Using the content and respecting others

You may browse the material and retain relevant information for your own enquiry. Photographs, brand names, logos and manufacturer references can involve different rights holders. Their presence does not provide an unrestricted licence to republish them or use a manufacturer name to imply endorsement of another business. Do not interfere with access, attempt to obtain private administrative information or use the contact process to send harmful or unrelated material. Where another person’s details are necessary for a legitimate question, share only what is appropriate and authorised.

9. Availability and independent technical services

Access depends in part on your browser, network, hosting, Cloudflare delivery and any email application you choose to open. A cached page can show an earlier description. A technical interruption does not by itself cancel an accepted order or prove that a message was delivered. The preview confirmation concerns only local draft preparation. If a real transaction already exists, use the communication route and records established for it instead of interpreting a page error or broken connection as a change to the agreed terms.

10. Corrections, disputes and continuing rights

Use the Contact page to identify a factual error or a question about these conditions, specifying the page and the detail concerned. The privacy notice addresses information handling, and the cancellation page explains how to raise an issue about a separate transaction. These website conditions do not invent a universal refund deadline, waive a non-waivable consumer protection or replace a valid warranty or accepted agreement. A concern about a manufacturer, dealer or workshop should identify the provider and transaction involved so that responsibility is considered accurately.
