1. Who publishes these pages

This notice concerns personal information associated with browsing this English-language truck-business website and using its enquiry draft. The website publisher is IMPERIO DOS EQUIPAMENTOS COMERCIO DE MAQUINAS PARA PADARIAS E RESTAURANTES LTDA, CNPJ 08.361.660/0001-00, at AVENIDA CELSO GARCIA, 1062, BRAS, SAO PAULO - SP, 03014-000, Brazil. Grupo Carueme is the named business in the historical reference presented here. Describing that source does not make every named manufacturer, dealership or service provider responsible for this website. The About page distinguishes the publisher from the historical business information and imagery.

2. Information entered into the vehicle enquiry

The form asks for your name, reply email address, enquiry category and a message about the vehicle or component concerned. A company name is optional. There is no upload facility, account registration, credit application or payment field. A vehicle model, year or part number is usually a better starting point than an identity document. Include only what is needed for the question, and avoid complete vehicle registration documents, banking credentials, authentication codes and unnecessary information identifying another person.

3. The draft stays under your control

The form handler reads the fields in the current browser tab and creates an on-page preview. Preparing that preview does not submit a message to a website inbox. A separate link can open an email draft in your email application, and you choose whether to send it. There is no website form-processing backend. A preview therefore proves neither delivery nor acknowledgement. Your device, browser extensions, email application and email service can have their own handling of information outside the control of the page code.

4. Why the information is requested

The fields help organise a specific truck, parts, tyre or maintenance question and provide a return address if you later send the draft. They do not automatically create a customer record, repair order, reservation or purchase. If a conversation continues through email or another confirmed channel, its practical purposes may include clarifying the vehicle reference, discussing an applicable specification or arranging further communication. Ask who will handle additional documents before providing them, especially where a separate provider is responsible for the proposed service.

5. Technical information when a page is requested

A website request involves information such as an IP address, browser and device details, requested path, time and security signals. Hosting and delivery providers can process those details to serve pages, manage network security and investigate faults. This is distinct from sending the enquiry fields. The website is hosted through cPanel infrastructure and delivered through Cloudflare. Their infrastructure records and controls are separate from the local draft preview; this notice does not promise that infrastructure logging is absent or that every request is immediately deleted.

6. Cookies, browser storage and cached files

The authored page code does not set a marketing cookie, create a customer login or save enquiry values to localStorage. Images, styles and scripts are local website assets that the browser may cache. Cloudflare and hosting services may apply security features, email-address protection, diagnostics or performance measurement at the delivery layer. Browser settings can affect cached files and provider storage. Clearing a preview or reloading a page does not necessarily erase a draft already opened in an email application or a message you chose to send.

7. Separate services and external destinations

The pages do not embed a live map, social feed, video player, payment interface or third-party vehicle search. Source photographs are served as local files; their original appearance in another website is not a request from your browser to that site on every visit. An email link opens a service chosen on your device, which may be operated by a separate organisation. If you follow an explicitly labelled external destination, review that provider’s notice before sharing further information or assuming this website governs its processing.

8. Access, sharing and international infrastructure

The local form does not distribute enquiry values to a marketing list or automatically forward them to manufacturers. Information you decide to send through email can be available to its recipients and the providers handling that communication. Technical delivery services may operate infrastructure in more than one country, and different contractual and legal conditions may apply to their processing. An English-language page or domain ending does not establish a United States office, a US-only storage location or a promise that every technical request remains within one jurisdiction.

9. Retention, security and information you should omit

The page does not maintain a submitted-enquiry database or publish a retention schedule for a database it does not have. A sent email, browser cache or provider diagnostic record can have a different retention period controlled by the relevant service or recipient. HTTPS protects transport to the website when correctly connected; it does not protect every device or email account involved later. Do not use the general message field for passwords, payment secrets, complete identity documents or information whose exposure would create an unnecessary risk.

10. Privacy questions and changes to this notice

Use the contact route to identify a privacy concern, the page involved and the interaction you want reviewed. State whether the issue concerns browsing, a local preview or an email actually sent, as those are different events. Ask about access, correction, deletion or other applicable privacy rights using enough information to locate the relevant record without exposing unrelated sensitive material. No universal response deadline is invented here. This notice can change when the website functions or provider configuration change; saved copies may describe an earlier version.
