Cancellations and refunds
How to raise a question about a separately arranged vehicle, component or workshop transaction.
1. No website payment is collected
Browsing the categories and preparing an enquiry draft does not transfer money to the publisher. There is no charge for the form to reverse. A question about money paid for a truck, component, tyre or repair concerns the separate transaction in which that payment actually occurred and the provider responsible for it.
2. Identify the transaction and the item
When raising a cancellation or repayment question, identify the relevant quotation, item or work, payment date and responsible business. A vehicle version, component number or repair-order reference can help distinguish the arrangement. Avoid sending full banking credentials or an entire identity document where an ordinary transaction reference will answer the question.
3. Check the agreed conditions and applicable protections
Vehicle orders, supplied parts, fitted tyres and workshop labour can involve different circumstances. Review the conditions actually agreed for the transaction and any legal protections that apply. This general information page does not invent a blanket non-refundable deposit, a universal return window or an automatic deduction for every cancellation.
4. Explain a fault, mismatch or incomplete service
If a supplied component differs from the specification or work appears incomplete, describe the observed issue and retain relevant records. Distinguish a factual concern from a requested change of preference. Where vehicle condition creates an immediate safety concern, stop relying on the general enquiry form and obtain appropriate practical assistance.
5. Confirm the practical instructions before returning goods
A return or inspection may require a specific recipient and destination. The website publisher address is not automatically a return depot or workshop. Establish the instructions for the actual purchase, keep a record of handover or dispatch, and clarify any transport arrangements under the agreed conditions and applicable obligations.
6. Agree the amount, method and next steps
Where repayment is agreed or required, confirm which payment it concerns, the amount and currency, the recipient and method, and any practical processing arrangements. Banks and payment providers may have separate roles. This website does not reverse payments through the draft form or guarantee an invented banking processing time.
7. Keep the records and clarify unresolved concerns
A local preview is not proof that a cancellation request reached the responsible business. Use an acknowledged communication route for an existing transaction and keep the offer, correspondence and payment evidence. Explain which issue remains unresolved. Nothing on this page prevents use of an applicable consumer remedy, competent authority or available dispute process.
